Shannon Jardina, DMD

Since I was very young, I always wanted to be a dentist. I enjoyed studying the sciences, and I love taking care of people. Being a dentist lets me do both!

I first attained my Bachelor of Science in Biology form the University California San Diego.  Afterwords, I earned my DMD from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine.  In an effort to further my education, I completed an optional 12 month General Practice Residency from the University of Toledo Medical Center.  Since completing my formal studies, I have devoted myself to countless hours of continuing education to make sure our practice is current with ever changing avenues of both healthcare and technology.  My favorite topic right now is in Implant dentistry.

I like the opportunity to develop an ongoing relationship with my patients, and hearing about their lives and families. All the unique personalities make each day a little different and exciting. Although we take our work seriously, our team also likes to have fun in the office! We want our patients to feel completely comfortable here, and we always do what we can to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I grew up in Newbury Park, CA, and love living in Fallbrook. My husband, Brian, and I have a dog named Jay Jay and a cat named Dodger. In my spare time, I enjoy bike riding, snowboarding, reading and bowling. My high score bowling is a 231!

I volunteer at the Los Angeles Christian Health Center Dental Clinic.  I also completed a 60 mile bike ride to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training.
